Cold Forming

Hot Forming
1) The speed of hot forming process is high. In our country, only CNC2 axis hot coil spring machine is formed on (9-25) mm specifications, with a maximum speed of 17 pieces per minute. Compared with the prosperous countries, there is a big gap.
2) Control ability of hot forming process for large spring. Because there is only CNC2 axis hot coil spring machine, the shape control has less three directional functions and the accuracy is poor; moreover, there is no automatic bar rotation control and adjustment mechanism, so the degree and ability of hot coil spring forming process is low. Therefore, the accuracy and oxidation decarbonization degree of the spring are also low.
